CREATING LANDSCAPES SINCE 1981
PROJECT

Eltham

Brief

To create a sophisticated bushland garden that complements the existing native canopy and seamlessly blends modern functionality with natural aesthetics.

Solution

A split-level granite-paved courtyard and crisp granite steps provide a refined transition between house and garden, while mild steel edging and retaining walls introduce subtle, modern detailing. Raised Colorbond beds define the productive garden, offering structure for edible planting amid the natural landscape. Gravel pathways, generous open spaces, and soft native underplanting weave through mature eucalypts, preserving the sense of place. Integrated lighting and careful grading ensure the garden is as functional and welcoming by night as it is by day.
